We give you a week-by-week schedule before any work begins, so you always know which trade is in your home and when.

Your quote is itemised into construction, cabinetry, worktops, appliances, and finishes, so you can see exactly where the money sits. Nothing is ordered until you have approved the final design, and any change is priced in writing before it happens. We also recommend holding a ten percent contingency for older properties.

Absolutely. You are welcome to specify your own doors, worktops, handles, tiles, and appliances, and we will build the design around them. If you would rather not choose alone, our designers will bring samples to your home and narrow the options down to a shortlist that suits your room, your light, and your budget.
